FAQs
Do you offer tailored IV Drip Therapy treatment plans?
Yes, we do offer tailored IV drip treatment plans. We understand that everyone has unique health goals and nutritional needs, so our healthcare professionals will work with you to customise an IV therapy plan that’s just right for you. During your initial consultation, we’ll discuss your wellness goals, review your medical history, and recommend the best combination of vitamins and nutrients for your individual needs. If you have any preferences or specific concerns, we’re happy to accommodate them to ensure you get the most out of your IV therapy experience.
How long does each IV Drip Therapy treatment take?
An IV drip typically takes anywhere from 45 minutes to 3 hours to complete, depending on the type of infusion you’re receiving and your individual needs. Most standard vitamin infusions are finished within about an hour, but certain therapies or higher fluid volumes can take longer. Your Registered Nurse will give you a more specific time estimate based on your chosen treatment. During your appointment, you’ll be able to relax comfortably while the IV drip is administered.
Are your IV Drip Therapy treatments covered by Medicare?
Unfortunately, our treatments are completely out of pocket.
What can I expect during the appointment?
At your IV vitamin therapy appointment, you can expect a relaxing and safe experience conducted by a highly experienced Registered Nurse. Your appointment will begin with a review of your medical history, a discussion about your health goals, and an opportunity for you to ask any questions. The nurse will help you choose and personalise the most suitable IV treatment based on your individual needs.
Before starting the infusion, the nurse will clean a small area on your arm or hand and insert a tiny IV cannula. If you’d prefer, numbing cream can be applied beforehand to ensure your complete comfort. Once your IV treatment begins, the vitamins, minerals, and fluids will be slowly infused into your bloodstream over 30–60 minutes. During this time, you’re free to relax, read, listen to music, or use your phone.
After the infusion is complete, the Registered Nurse will continue to supervise you for about 10 minutes and will explain all aftercare instructions to ensure you have a smooth and safe experience.
Where can I have my IV drip?
You can have your IV drip treatment in the comfort of our clinic based in Sydney, or if you prefer, we can come to you. We offer mobile IV therapy services, so you can receive your treatment at your own home, office, or even your hotel. Just let us know your preferred location, and we’ll take care of the rest to make your experience as convenient and comfortable as possible. Can I get an infusion if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, we strongly recommend consulting your obstetrician or general practitioner before scheduling an infusion.
For first trimester pregnancies, you will need to provide a letter of approval from your obstetrician before receiving any infusion. This precaution is essential to ensure the safety of both you and your developing baby.
During the second and third trimesters of pregnancy, we only offer hydration infusions. These treatments are subject to a detailed review by our prescribing doctor, as we follow best medical practices to limit infusions during this stage to those considered low-risk.
If you are breastfeeding, please wait at least six hours after your infusion before nursing your baby. This precaution helps ensure that any substances from the infusion have sufficient time to clear from your system, prioritising your baby’s safety.
What vitamins do you offer?
We offer a complete range of vitamins and minerals in our IV Drip Therapy treatments such as C, B, Magnesium, Zinc, Longevity, Detoxification, Amino Acids and many more.
