Our Care Team will contact you to update you on your eligibility for our Hormone Therapy Program. If you are, you will be provided with a client account to access your Patient Portal. Once accessed purchase your Hormone Therapy Program.

Medical Consultation
You will be scheduled in for a Medical Consultation at your preferred date and time. During this call our nurses and doctors will discuss your tailored treatment plan and ensure that this is the right program for you.

Receive & Begin Your Treatment
You'll receive your medication from one of ur partnering pharmacies within 14 days of your consultation. Once received you can commence your tailored program.

Yes, all of our treatment plans are provided by a team of AHPRA-registered health practitioners, which includes experienced doctors and nurses. This ensures that your care and treatment are overseen by qualified professionals dedicated to your safety and wellbeing.
Will I need to recent pathology results in order to begin?
Yes, you will need to provide pathology results that have been taken within the last six months in order to begin your treatment with us. If you are transferring from another clinic, we require your initial pathology results prior to commencing care, as well as updated pathology results from within the past six months. This helps us ensure your treatment plan is safe, personalised, and appropriate for your current health needs.
Where does the medication come from and how is it delivered?
Our medication is sourced from Australian registered pharmacies that uphold the highest regulatory standards to ensure quality and safety. Once your medication is prepared, it is discreetly delivered directly to your home for your convenience and privacy.
What is the average cost of your treatment plans?
The total cost of our treatment plans, which includes medical team consultations, pathology, and medication, typically ranges between $2,000 to $3,000 per year. This comprehensive pricing ensures you receive ongoing professional support and high-quality care throughout your treatment journey.
Can I travel with my medication?
Yes, you can travel with your medication. Our medical team will provide you with a valid travel letter to support you in carrying your medication while travelling, so you can do so confidently. However, we strongly advise you to check the specific regulations and requirements of your destination country or region beforehand to avoid any potential issues with customs or border control. This ensures a smooth and hassle-free travel experience with your prescribed medication.

To get started, you’ll first need to complete our eligibility questionnaire, which can be found on our website. Once you’ve submitted the questionnaire, a member of our Patient Care Team will contact you to assess your suitability for treatment and ensure that all the necessary medical information has been provided. If you are deemed suitable, we will then schedule a health consultation with our Medical Team, where you’ll discuss a personalised treatment plan tailored to your individual needs.
